Gavin Newsom Rigged Proposition 50 Election

 

Gavin Newsom allegedly used mail-in ballots from canceled or removed voters to rig Proposition 50. Eight days after evidence was submitted to the U.S. Department of Justice and the White House, the Trump administration announced that Newsom was officially under legal and criminal review. Meanwhile, the California Republican Party is pushing the U.S. Supreme Court to block him from using what they call a rigged congressional map. The emergency application states, “If left uncorrected, this pernicious and unconstitutional use of race will irreparably harm Applicants and the public. Applicants therefore respectfully request an injunction pending appeal to stop California from conducting any congressional election under the map enacted through Proposition 50 (‘Proposition 50 Map’) and require use of the prior map adopted in 2021 by the independent Citizens Redistricting Commission.”
