The change essentially eased restrictions for Americans who want to access government-funded media content, allowing media produced by the U.S. Agency for Global Media, such as the Voice of America and Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty, to be made available to Americans “upon request.” ...

Under the new law, it is still against the law for government-funded media to create programming and market their content to U.S. audiences.

I said I have more to say to reply to what Dervish said.  Dervish has his panties in a bunch.  

This piece of garbage wants answers?  No, he just wants an excuse to jerk off with his Hunter Biden vibrators shoved up his behind at full speed ahead.

I spoke out about the neutering of the Smith Mundt Act of 1947.  The bill came into being after FDR and Lieutenant General John DeWitt spread anti Japanese propaganda in the late 1930s to early 1940s in hopes of manipulating the public to approve of deporting all Japanese people from North, Central and South America and banning them from ever entering the Americas again.  FDR had vested interests in China and wanted Japan out of the way, while DeWitt had a hatred against Japanese people.  A son of a Navajo code talker told me and Mystere back in 1982 about documents his father showed him back in the 1950s about the failed plot that was drafted in the late 30s to deport all Japanese from the Americas.  The code talker showed his son prior to the man entering the Army in the 1950s to serve in the Korean War.  The son told me and Mystere about the blueprints that still existed.  The Smith Mundt Act forbade the government from using such a plot to manipulate the public into a frenzy to agree with what they want to do.  FDR and DeWitt operated in cahouts with the Hearst Media Corporation to manipulate the public into supporting rounding up Japanese and putting the population into prison camps to eventually deport every one of them and strip those born in the USA of US Citizenship and birthrights.  Hearst and other liberal media companies including the Times engaged in spreading propaganda back then.  The Act forbade the United States Government and media from working with each other to spread propaganda.  The law got neutered in 2012 when 0bama signed an amendment that eased the restrictions.  As soon as the amendment went into effect, 0bama weaponized the media to spread liberal talking points to trick the public into approving acts that are unconstitutional.

The 0bama administration paved the way for Crooked Hildebeest Clinton to finish off America in 2016.  However, they didn't believe in God and how God would intervene.
