Maxine Waters Undergoes Beauty Treatment

Maxine Waters underwent some serious cosmetic surgery to get a serious makeover in hopes of improving her image.

Her makeover made a baboon freak out when he saw her after she got out of the beauty shop.  Her continual snarling has been her biggest downfall.  Maxine Waters has the gall to blame Donald Trump for her own misery.

Maxine's makeover artist could not get the brown pigment color to stick to her face and hands.  The natural green glow of Maxine's skin took out the applied brown pigment within seconds of being applied.
