It did not. I read an article about it before you even posted about it. There is no such person as "chinaman Lieu Win-Ping Ted". I don't have any favorite chinaman.
Also, she wasn't a spy at all. She did zero spying. She was promoting pro-China propaganda. And she isn't my "white china doll". I had never even heard of her prior to reading the article.
What she did was before being elected mayor. It was looked at, and determined that she did nothing on behalf of China while mayor.
