Government issued gas cards? How does Xavier Becerra plan to pay for that? California is broke. There is no way that the state can afford to foot the bill for gasoline cards.
Is the new toilet tax going to fund the Gas cards, Xavier Becerra? That poopoo tax is supposed to take effect in January 2027. Any house that has more than 1 toilet is supposed to pay extra property taxes for each toilet it has.
We have a much better plan:
