The fact is, I looked into this previously when I was considering adopting a pet rock. I applied and was approved for for a $10,000 grant to help me connect to the right pet rock. Me and my pet rock are very happy. As a "success story" (re this program), I say that the pet rock counseling funding should definitely be continued.
